Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in serving at KF-SYSCC. The impact our hospital is able to make is amplified by the dedication and heart poured out by our wonderful group of volunteers. We are grateful for the way our volunteers so generously offer their time to help our hospital run smoothly. If you enjoy working with others, have an enthusiastic, positive attitude, and wish to brighten up the lives of cancer patients, this would be a great opportunity for you to make a tangible difference.

Eligibility: You must be between 20-58 years old and proficient in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. If you are a cancer survivor, we ask that you wait two full years after the completion of your treatment before volunteering.
Service Requirement: Regular 3-hour weekly shift, for at least a year.
Volunteer Opportunities: Patient Reception Services, Patient Support Group, Pediatric Support Group, Support Services.

To register:
1) Please fill out the Registration Form. You may pick up a copy at the Office of Social Services on Level B1, or print it out at home.

2) When completed, the form may be submitted in any of the following ways:
        a) in person: Office of Social Services (B1)

3) Once we have received your form, we will schedule a time to interview you, in order to get to know you better. This will help us arrange the best volunteer experience for you.
