We believe in the quality of our cancer center and appreciate your decision to entrust your care to us. We recommend following the steps below to get started.
Make an Appointment
To make an appointment, please call our International Hotline designated for overseas patients and speak to Julia Tseng, who will walk you through the registration process step-by-step. If you are calling from outside of Taiwan, please call +886 2 6603-0716 or +886 938 660-266 (country codes included for your convenience). From within Taiwan, please call 02 6603-0716 or 0938 660-266. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (UTC + 8 hours).
Plan Your Trip
If you are coming to our center from overseas, we advise you to prepare necessary travel documents well in advance. Depending on your nationality, you may need to apply for a visa to enter Taiwan. We also recommend making lodging accommodations and have created a list of hotels in the vicinity that you may wish to consider. Prepare for Your First Appointment
To facilitate a smooth visit and gather information pertinent for your care, we kindly ask that you prepare and bring the following documents:
- Form of identification
- Insurance card: National Health Insurance IC Card or other
- Completed New Patient form
- Relevant medical records
- Form of payment (e.g. credit card, cash, check)
If you are visiting our center for a Cancer & Health Screening, please remember to follow the instructions provided in the Screening package that has been sent to you. For the most accurate results, you are required to prepare samples and adhere to diet restrictions prior to your visit. You may refer here to read more about these guidelines.
