Screening Schedule
Please report to the Cancer and Health Screening Section on 3F at 7:40 AM Check-in hours for health screening ends at 9:00 am. Please reschedule if you can't show up in time.	Please bring: Insurance card and ARC card If you do not have an insurance card, please bring another form of ID. Health Questionnaire Pre-collected stool sample
Change into gown. Please submit pre-collected stool sample.
Urine sample, blood draw
Diagnostic interview by nursing staff
Diagnostic Imaging	Upper abdominal ultrasound Electrocardiogram (EKG) Chest X-ray others
Areas of medical exams	Internal Medicine Gynecology, Ophthalmology (including intraocular pressure and vision examinations)

Optional services (additional fees required)	Gastroscopy & colonoscopy Mammogram Breast ultrasound, Lower abdominal ultrasound Bone density test, echocardiogram Carotid arteries ultrasound.etc.
The examination will be completed around 3 PM. If you've received anesthesia, for your safety, please leave our hospital either with family or friends, or by taxi. Complimentary lunch provided at noon
